Miere de Floarea Soarelui

Culoarea acestui tip de miere variaza de la auriu la galben mustar. Are un gust fructat, unic. Se cristalizeaza foarte repede, formand o masa compacta.
In sedimentul sau granulele de polen pot ajunge si pana la 100%. Se cristalizeaza foarte repede, chiar in faguri si din acest motiv trebuie extrasa extrem de repede.
Este utilizata in consumul casnic dar si pentru producerea de biscuiti si nugat.
